1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with applicable legislation, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalty.

2. Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

products must be returned in their original condition

products must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging

damaged, opened or used items will not be accepted, particularly for hygiene and safety reasons
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an item that does not match the order.
3. Refunds
Once the product has been returned, received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the same payment methodused for the original purchase.
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product.
4. Non-Refundable Products
The following items cannot be refunded:

gift cards and store credit vouchers

personalised or made-to-order products
-
products that have been opened and/or used for hygiene reasons
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective product or an item that does not match your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, providing supporting photos, at the following email address:

In this case, KICKCLEATS will cover the return costs and offer the customer one of the following options:
