1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalty.

2. Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- products must be returned in their original condition
- products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- damaged, opened, or used items will not be accepted, particularly for hygiene and safety reasons
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or non-conforming product.
3. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed via the same payment method used during the purchase.
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the product.
4. Non-refundable products
The following cannot be refunded:
- gift cards and vouchers
- personalized or custom-made products
- products opened and/or used for hygiene reasons, particularly cosmetic products
5. Defective or Non-conforming Products
In case of receiving a defective product or one that does not conform to your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package, providing supporting photos, to the following address:
In this case, NUDÉA will cover the return costs and will offer, at the customer's choice:
- a product replacement
- or a full refund
