1. Order Processing Times
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the first following business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Times
Standard Delivery (Metropolitan France)
- Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days
- Carrier: La Poste / Colissimo or equivalent
International Delivery (if available)
- Delivery Time: generally 5 to 12 business days, depending on the destination country
A tracking number will be sent to you by email upon shipment of your order.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the order process, based on weight and destination.
Delivery may be free from a certain purchase amount, if this offer is indicated on the website at the time of order.
4. Delays, Incidents, and Losses
NUDÉA cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

5. Receipt and Verification
Upon receipt of the package, it is the customer's responsibility to check its condition.
Any anomaly (damaged package, deteriorated or missing product) must be reported within 48 hours after receipt to:

6. Delivery-related Returns
If a package is returned to the sender for any of the following reasons:
- incorrect or incomplete address
- unclaimed package
- refusal of package
- failure to collect from a relay point
Reshipment costs may be at the customer's expense.
