1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations of the brand NUDÉA and its customers in connection with the online sale of products offered on the website https://www.nudea-paris.fr.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may exist between the visuals presented on the site and the actual product, particularly due to screen settings or lighting. These variations do not engage the responsibility of NUDÉA.
3. Orders
Any order placed on the website www.nudea-paris.fr implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.
An order confirmation is sent by email to the customer after payment validation.
NUDÉA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer or suspicion of fraud.
4. Prices
Prices displayed on the site are in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
Delivery costs are specified before final order validation and are borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated (e.g., free delivery).
NUDÉA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting orders already validated.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order.
Accepted payment methods are those indicated on the site (credit cards, PayPal, etc.).
Payments are secured via the Shopify Payments platform and/or its partners, ensuring the confidentiality and security of transactions.
6. Delivery
Delivery terms and times are specified in the Shipping and Delivery Policy available on the website.
In case of delay or problem related to the carrier, the customer is invited to contact NUDÉA's customer service so that a solution can be found.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
Returned products must be:
- in their original packaging
- unused
- in perfect condition
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless an error is attributable to NUDÉA.
Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned item.
8. Legal Guarantees
Products sold by NUDÉA benefit from:
- the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code)
- the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code)
9. Liability
NUDÉA cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of sold products.
NUDÉA's liability is in any event limited to the amount of the order concerned.
10. Personal Data
The personal data collected is necessary for order management and customer relations.
In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has a right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data, in accordance with the site's Privacy Policy.
11. Applicable Law and Disputes
These GTC are governed by French law.
In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
Failing this, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of NUDÉA's registered office.
